We understand that from time-to-time mistakes are made and as such we pride ourselves on a no fuss returns procedure.
Should an item be damaged in transit or an incorrect item received this must be reported to our customer service team within 7 working days of receiving the delivery. Contact details for our customer service team can be found below.
Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify our Customer Service team of your decision within 7 working days, beginning the day after receipt of your goods. In line with the laws governing distance selling we would expect the item to be returned sealed and un-used or not damaged in anyway. In Addition, we would remind customers that under the distance selling rules they have a duty of care for the products during the cancellation period.

Hardware
Should your hardware purchase be faulty in anyway you must report this to our Customer Service team within 28 days of receiving your item. Where a warranty is provided this must be within the warranty period and . Please note that all warranty repairs are between the manufacturer and the customer. Should you wish to return a hardware item, unless the item is faulty, the item must be sealed, un-used or damaged in anyway. We are unable to refund hardware items which have a broken seal or have been used.

I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?
Call our Customer Service help line 0844 371 9466 or complete the call me back form within 10 days of receiving your incorrect item. We will then organise a collection and a replacement or refund for your goods.
What is the best way to organise a return?
You should call our Customer Service team to raise a returns reference number. Ensure the goods are still within the original manufacturing packaging and write the returns reference number on the outer packaging. You will be advised a date for collection of goods if required.
