How Do I... Find a product?
There are a number of different ways to search for products which have all been developed to help you find the right item for you.
Open Search
The open search can be found in the navigation pane at the top of the screen. Search words or product codes can be entered. This search will check the whole of the site and bring back results for any items that match your search criteria.
Cartridge Finder
This function is to help identify the laser or ink cartridge for your printer. Simply select the brand of your printer from the first drop down menu, then select your printer model from the second list. This will then return all the compatible products to your printer.
Search A-Z
The search A-Z option is located at the top of the left hand index. This function lets you search for the product type or brand you require, alphabetically.

How Do I... Find delivery costs?
Caboodle have over 8,500 products held in-stock and ready to deliver to your door the very next working day.
Standard Delivery Charges
Orders less than £30 (exc. VAT) = £3.60
Orders over £30 (exc. VAT) = FREE DELIVERY
FREE DELIVERY - All orders over £30 (exc. VAT) will be delivered to you completely free the very next working day.
Caboodle deliver all over mainland UK locations, Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight.
Please note that Caboodle do not deliver abroad.
To ensure your products are received safe and sound we do require a proof of delivery signature for all deliveries, this means that you can track and trace your order status live online.
How Do I... Pay for an item?
Home Office Customers
To pay for your discounted Caboodle office supplies is simple, we accept all of the following payment types; Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch and Maestro and you can you can be confident that we realise the importance of online security and are pleased to provide our customers with the reassurance of knowing that all our site is covered by the highly recognised Verisign SSL certificate.
An invoice for your items will be sent along side your products.
Business Customers
To make things simple for our business customers we have two types of payment options available for fast multiple ordering:
1. Credit Card
If your preferred method of payment is by card we currently accept all major cards. [Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Corporate Purchasing Cards]. Payment will be taken from your card once your order has been processed and a copy of your Caboodle order will be emailed to you.
2. Invoice Account
We are pleased to offer businesses with a 30 day invoice account. To activate your invoice account simply register your personal details along with the required business fields on the registration for you will then be given the option to activate your 30-day invoice account.

How Do I... Place an order?
To place your order for the best Caboodle deals simply register your details and create your own unique login details.
We accept all kinds of card payments [Visa, MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro and Corporate Purchasing Cards] and are pleased to offer businesses with their very own 30 day invoice account to allow easy account management.
To activate your business invoice account simply register and enter your business details in the required fields. Your account is then ready and you are instantly able to start reaping the rewards of shopping with Caboodle.
How Do I... Return an Item?
We understand that from time-to-time mistakes are made and as such we pride ourselves on a no fuss, no hassle returns procedure.
Should an incorrect item be received we will send you the correct item within 24 hrs* and collect the incorrect product from you and complete the query within 72 hrs.
